I'm sorry that I haven't had the big reveal of that 'yellow rose' until now but I had to wait until the Imaginisce and Core'dination product swap which is going on this week.
This layout is quite personal and it is the very first layout of our wedding day that I've attempted (we've been married for over 10 years). As soon as I saw the Imaginisce 'To Love and Cherish' collection, I knew I had to dig out the wedding album and I'm glad I did.
I've had the pattern for these roses for a while but have never sat down to make them. So, when the opportunity arose to play with the gorgeous Core'dinations card stock I decided that the time had come. Instead of making them from a solid colour, I decided to go for different shades of the yellow which was easy because Core'dinations have so many colour options and the cardstock held its shape beautifully to make the flowers really striking.
So, thankyou for sharing my layout that is quite close to my heart and now takes pride of place on our mantle-piece in its new Franchville frame (got to get me some more of those).
Don't forget to pop over to the Imaginisce and Core'dinations blogs for your chance to take home some fabulous prizes and to see what the design teams have been doing with each others products.
From farm to you...

Is that really you and the Farmer??? I thought it was Catherine and Heathcliff from Wuthering Heights. Yes I know I am an English teacher and Aphra is probably going to laugh at my comment, but what an amazing and romantic photograph... And the farmer is definitely looking like eye candy, not to mention your absolutely radiant look. Absolutely love how you scrapped this. Took me 10 years to do anything with my photos too.
