A little bit crabby...

Thursday, June 3, 2010

Okay, for those of you who were at the Cairns retreat, you will understand the time it took to make these cards and the frivolity in trying to come up with appropriate sentiments to place on each card... I haven't laughed that hard in ages and I'm definitely not going to elaborate on some of the options put forward. Thanks girls for the giggle.

Again I have used the adorable 'Splash Dance' summer range by Imaginisce and I must say that the possibilities with this collection are absolutely endless - definitely a must have!

I have paper pieced the main sea creatures using Core'dinations Cardstock and I hand drew and painstakingly cut out each of the seven legs on the jelly-fish... he is the reason why it took me so darn long to do.
I have also used Splash Dance rub-ons for the smaller fish, pearls for the bubbles and hand cut the seaweed from more of the Core'dinations cardstock.
So, as promised, the crabby/jelly cards are up.
From farm to you...

  20. I watched in awe as these cards come out of your brain, onto paper and then become the masterpeices they were - now at a rate of $25.00 per hour I calculate these cards to be worth about $250.00 each - true masterpeices and well worth every cent:)
