Blind Scrapping...

Monday, November 22, 2010

I bet that got your attention! You are probably thinking, this woman is mad and she's likely to cut off a finger... and rightly so! Blind scrapping isn't about not being able to see what you are doing, it's all about getting instructions to put together a layout without knowing what the layout is going to look like.
My local scrapstore 'Scrapville' hosts blind scraps once a month in-store and I put together a secret layout, set of instructions and list of product requirements for the ladies to play along. They have a fabulous time, lots of second guessing, lots of copying each other, lots of strange intrepretations but all-in-all lots of laughs.
This month I went for a Spring Racing theme with feathers, bling and a bit of sparkle and a gorgeous photo of my niece in one of many a production... she sure is a talented girl! Here is my master layout for the blind crop...
And if you would like to see how the blind crop interpretations turned out from all the ladies, you can view them on the Scrapville blog HERE.

Marg's added more products to her little shop!
After the huge success of her very first upload of gorgeous products onto her blog and completely selling all 75 packs in just three short days, Marg has been a very busy lady and has now added some more wares to her blog. Here's a sneak peek, but you'd better hurry because these are going like hot-cakes too! You can find Marg HERE.
I will be back again on Wednesday with a fun mini-blog hop for Thanksgiving.
From farm to you...
