Cats & Dogs...

This week has been one of puppy dogs & pussy cats on the Pebbles blog as they have been showcasing creations from the DT using the new collection Cats & Dogs and my project is one of three being featured today! As soon as my daughter spied these papers I knew I was going to have to 'make good' on a promise! "Mum can you pleeeaaasssee make me a bookmark using these papers"? Unfortunately I'd been promising for way too long and I really couldn't say no when she held up the paper and gave me 'the look'.

This new range is so bold and funky with amazing patterns on both sides of the paper... makes choosing which side to use a little difficult. The embellishments are just darling too! I used some of the metal tags and candy dots to make the collars and paper piece the little faces using different sides of the patterned paper.

I'm just about to call it a night as I've had a rather long and tiring day... I was actually planning on doing a layout but that just hasn't happened. One little boy is still asleep on the couch, snuggled up next to a pile of washing that still needs to be folded and put away so scrapping will just have to wait until tomorrow night
