MLSB Sneak Peek and Giveaway!

Monday, June 6, 2011

Yep, it's m'n'm time again and this time I've created some fun little boy cards using a very non-boyish collection 'City by the Bay' from My Little Shoebox. It's always nice to flip your double sided papers over and see what you can create with the alternate patterns on the reverse. City by the Bay is definitely not a collection that instantly cries out 'little boy' but the flipside blue checks, green stripes, brown polka dots and warm yellow were ideal to whip through the Cricut and make these little cards.

I also made a set of cards using a continuous theme of scalloped borders that were again made with the Cricut and to finish the cards off I tied a bow using a different colour of baker's twine.

Now, if you want to see these cards in full you will have to pop over to the My Little Shoebox blog which you will find HERE.

GIVEAWAY
I had such fun playing with the gorgeous City by the Bay collection and I have oodles left over so I thought it would be nice to allow someone the opportunity to make their own cards with these beautiful quality papers. So, I'm going to bundle up a sheet of each of the papers and some embellishments, a pile of baker's twine and give one lucky follower the chance to win this prize.
All you have to do is pop over to MLSB HERE and leave a comment on the post with my cards, become a follower and then pop back here to let me know you've entered.
I will keep the give-away open until this time next week.
Goodluck!
From farm to you...

  2. Following! It would be great to win this collection! I loved the name (living in San Francisco in Potrero Hill!) they did a pretty good job of capturing the different neighborhoods in paper although there is not much brick in Potrero Hill anymore. I love on top of a Whole Foods! :) I also love Home Tweet Home! :) Thought it was adorable at the last CHA and still haven't picked any up! What am I thinking? :)
