Welcome to the Get Picky 1st Birthday Blog Hop and my first official assignment as October's Guest Designer!

For those of you who aren't aware of 'Get Picky' is a wonderfully inspirational blog dedicated to challenges for multiple photograph layouts and is the brain child of two very talented and adorable women... Nikki Antonella and Tanya Tahir.



Today Get Picky are celebrating their very first birthday with their 13th sketch challenge reveal and samples created by present and past designers and I'm delighted to be included in the mix being the guest designer for October.

Now today's blog hop is jam packed full of prizes including the major prize sponsored by Imaginisce in conjunction with a chance at being Get Picky's Guest Designer for the month of November by simply visiting and leaving a comment at every blog in the hop and participating in the sketch challenge #13.



There will also be extras prizes as some team members will be offering prizes along the way so you will want to visit all of the blogs to increase your chances of winning.

The Blog Hop

The blog hop starts today and will remain open until midnight (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on October 28th so this will give you all plenty of time to visit everyone's blog and create a layout for the sketch challenge.
Get Picky is the first stop along the journey where you will find the complete list of all blogs in case you get lost along the way. If you would like to play then simply follow along the blog path in order so you don't miss anyone.

Remember, if you want to be considered for the Guest Designer spot in November, once you have visited all the blogs and uploaded your entry for the Sketch Challenge #13, please make sure that you go back to the Get Picky Blog and leave a final comment on the challenge post.

    Wooooooow!!!!!!!! Melinda! This is incredibly fantastic! I love the colours, the way you did them (like I have no idea how you did those strips!?!), the chalking (?) with the sky, the placement of everything and of course the sun!!!     Melinda this is a masterpiece. I think the thing that blows my mind is how you used handmade elements to embellishments. No company diecuts or anything. I am floored bye the sun and those buttons. The cleverness behind this beauty really is outstanding and a delight to see. Inspiration just falls from your fingertips!
