Happy Mail!

Tuesday, September 4, 2012

Happy mail is the brain child of Stacy Julian who devised a concept of getting back to basics with good old fashioned communication using snail mail. Stacy has set the bar high with her plan to send out 365 cards with hand written notes in an attempt to start a movement of paying-it-forward and spreading joy without the press of a button.

Cynthia Sandoval, owner of Doodlebug Design, loved the idea so much that she decided to sponsor the event and in doing so the design team were asked to kick off the Happy Mail launch with their own cards.

My card and secret recipient feature on today's Doodlebug Design blog  HERE so I will only post a little sneak peek on my blog. I wonder who the recipient could be?

Supply List: Create-A-Card Square Baroque Assortment - Swimming Pool; Crushed Velvet Cardstock - Lily White, Bon Bon; Paper Frills - Limeade; Mini Doodle-pops - Festive Flock; Simply Sweet Mini Rubons - Lily White.
So who would like to join in with the challenge? You don't need to send out 365 cards, even one card would be nice... just think you could be responsible for making someones day a little bit brighter.

From farm to you...

  1. Your card is so cute! The only thing nicer than receiving a card in the mail is sending one out to someone you love and care about. :)
