Pin Cushion Tutorial

Tuesday, February 5, 2013

Washi tape is uber popular at the moment so when Doodlebug sent out a pile of their new washi tape designs in my DT box I was over the moon with excitement. Okay, I will be the first to admit... I had only ever admired washi tape from afar. Having my very own tape was a new and exciting prospect so I had to put it into good use... immediately!

Today I want to share how I created this fun little pin cushion that is now home to all my heart pins that I could never find when I wanted them.

Yes, I even used the washi tape for all the little flowers and leaves... love this stuff! You will find the full tutorial on today's Doodlebug Blog HERE.

I also have a card to share that I created for the farmer using the beautiful new Valentine's collection from Doodlebug called 'Love Birds'

... let's just hope the chocolate hearts lasts until Valentine's day. I might just be tempted to replace it with an embellishment.
