It's not often, but it does happen... when I sneak a photo of the farmer and use it on a layout. If he knew he'd be displeased because he would realise that his face was going to be splashed across my blog, facebook, Scrapville etc... again! However, when I recieved my Scrapville December Pack I immediately knew that I had the perfect photo and it was time...
The December Pack makes a bold statement with the vintage patterns and romantic colours of the Cosmo Cricket 'Circa 1934' collection. I've always been a fan of black and neutral tonings and it was the perfect combination for this photo.
How charming is this fabric covered brad. I made it using the fabric piece from the kit and my Imaginisce I-top and a medium brad. Janet has plenty of I-tops and accessories in store and would make a great addition to your Christmas Wish List. Just think of the fun you could have making your own brads and you'll never have to worry about not having the right colour brad or button again.
For local gals to the Wodonga area who purchase the Scrapville monthly packs, you will have to be extra quick with this one as it is selling very fast indeed!
From farm to you...
I'm sure the Farmer would be silently chuffed with his little dedication.... Lovely layout Melinda, impressed yet again!
