Introducing 'Teddy'!

Saturday, June 30, 2012

Well who knew having a baby would take so long! It seems like forever since I sat down at the computer and had a really good look at what is going on in the scrapping world, let alone post something on my blog. And the reason for this absence... a beautiful baby boy who was born on March, 3rd weighing 6lb 13oz.
Introducing
EDWARD ANDREW SPINKS

Now that Teddy has reached the four month mark and settled into a bit more of a routine I've been able to sit down at my craft desk and actually relax and get 'scrappy' again... oh how I've missed it!

So when I recieved the 'Greatest View' goodies for birthday week I knew that I had the perfect opportunity to create a layout introducing our little man using Gail's gorgeous new birthday badges, definition badges and chevron ribbon.

Supply List:
Greatest View - Birthday and Definition Badges
Greatest View- Chevron Ribbon (Champagne, Celery, Blue, Aqua)
Greatest View - Triple Pearl Stick Pin Sampler
Greatest View - Small Chevron Bags (Blue and Grey)
Greatest View - Petite Paper Doilies
Greatest View - Kraft Shipping Tags
Greatest View - Ivory Twine
Doodlebug - Snips and Snails patterned paper
Doodlebug - Mini Pearls (Spring Assortments)
Doodlebug - Simply Sweet Mini rub-ons (Limeade)
Doodlebug - Snips and Snails Icons Cardstock Stickers
Doodlebug - Star Brads (Baby Boy Stars)
Doodlebug - Doodles (It's a boy Multicolour)
Little Yellow Bicycle - Crepe Paper Lace Stickers
American Crafts - Kraft and White cardstock
Kaiser - Basics Rub-ons
Kaisercolour - White Paint
Die-Namics - Mini Royal Rose and Chevron Die-cuts

If you would like to see how I put together the elements in my layout and to see the gorgeous birthday projects from the Greatest View design team AND have a chance to win the birthday badges being featured on the Greatest View blog as well as a sampler of small chevron bags and a couple of metres of co-ordination then pop over to the Greatest View blog HERE.

Now, I've got lots to catch up on so will try and post again in the next couple of days with a winner announcement for the long overdue My Little Shoebox prize along with a few projects that I haven't posted to my blog that were done before Teddy was born... feeling out of the loop a little and it's going to take a while to catch up with everything.

From farm to you...
